Come join us and learn Self Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
These two are a very powerful combination for self healing.
With Self Hypnosis you will learn to reach deep into your subconscious mind and with EFT
you will learn to tap into the different energetic systems to bring balance and wholeness.
In this class, I will give you a new perspective on your particular needs
(it is a very interactive class).
I will give you tools to change your particular issues
(physical/mental/emotional/behavioral),
and we will do group hypnosis and EFT based on the groups needs.
We will be covering issues such as Anxiety Stress Fears Health ]
Relationships Lack of direction Addictions Anger and anything else you bring.
First Friday of each month - From 8:00pm to 9:30pm - $20 at the door.

Come wearing comfortable clothes, mostly we will seat on the floor, on very comfortable
jackbacks (floor chairs with back rest).
Each class will end with a short group hypnotic/guided meditation with the Gong.
